London Black Cab taxis to & from Heathrow Airport

Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 · fixed price when you pre-book · up to 6 passengers

Heathrow is London's busiest airport, spread across two terminal areas and five terminals. Pre-booking a licensed London Black Cab means a professional driver who knows the airport's roads, drop-off points and terminal layout — helpful whether you are catching an early flight or arriving after a long-haul journey with plenty of luggage.

Licensed London Black Cab drivers

Every journey is with a driver who holds a TfL London taxi licence and knows the city.

Generous luggage space

Designed to carry cases and bags alongside passengers, not squeezed into a boot.

Up to 6 passengers

Room for the whole group, so you can travel together in one vehicle.

Fixed price, pre-booked

You see your fixed price before you travel when you book ahead — no meter surprises.

Which terminal do you need?

Heathrow's terminals are a few minutes apart by road. Terminals 2 and 3 sit together in the central area, while Terminals 4 and 5 have their own approaches. When you book, add your terminal (and flight number) in the notes so your driver can plan the right drop-off or pick-up point.

Arriving at Heathrow

For arrivals, tell us your flight and terminal in the booking notes. Immigration and baggage reclaim times vary, so we recommend allowing time after landing before your pick-up. Your CabPass driver will meet you and help with your bags.

Luggage and larger groups

London Black Cabs are purpose-built to carry passengers and luggage together, which suits airport runs with cases, buggies or sports gear. If you are travelling as a group of up to six, a single cab can usually keep everyone together.

Frequently asked questions

Can I book a taxi to any Heathrow terminal?

Yes. Add your terminal (2, 3, 4 or 5) when you book so your driver goes to the correct drop-off area.

Will the driver help with my luggage?

London Black Cabs are built to carry luggage with you in the cab, and drivers are happy to help you load and unload.

How far in advance should I book?

Booking ahead lets us confirm a fixed price and arrange a licensed driver for your pick-up time. Earlier is better for early-morning flights.
